Vale of Clwyd MP Dr James Davies is encouraging small and medium-sized businesses across the constituency to take advantage of a new UK Government scheme launched this week which will help them grow their businesses and drive the country’s recovery from the pandemic.
Yesterday (Thursday) saw the launch of ‘Help to Grow: Digital’. which will give small and medium-sized businesses access to cutting edge technology to supercharge their business.
A new online support service offers free and impartial advice and gives eligible businesses the chance to apply for a voucher providing up to 50% off the costs of approved software, worth up to £5,000.
Encouraging businesses in the Vale of Clwyd to sign up to the scheme, James said:
“With many businesses adapting the way they work during the pandemic, the Help to Grow: Digital programme will assist them to build on their new ways of working.
“The right digital technology can take a business to the next level and boost their performance, but many businesses feel cost and knowledge are barriers to adopting new digital technologies.
“This is where Help to Grow: Digital can assist. Through its expert guidance and targeted financial support, it can help businesses overcome these challenges and harness the power of digital technology.
“The scheme can help open doors to new opportunities and give business owners the time and space they need to grow their business.
“I urge all small and medium-sized businesses in the Vale of Clwyd to find out more about this fantastic scheme, which will help them to fulfil their potential as they bounce back from the pandemic.”
